Storage and Warehousing
The byrd fulfilment network has multiple warehouses with many thousands of pallets and shelf storage. The number of storage locations can be increased or decreased on a monthly basis. We have neither minimum quantities nor standardised contract periods.
The stock can be viewed and tracked in real-time via the byrd Web App and can be automatically synchronised with the online shop. The invoicing of the storage locations takes place on a monthly basis.
The receipt of goods and storage of deliveries is usually carried out including a quantitative control.
Pick and Pack
Our packaging experts in the respective warehouses ensure the best possible shipping conditions thanks to high-quality materials and regular training.
The packaging process consists of two steps. First, all products in a shipment are picked and then packed according to specific customer requirements.

Zusätzlich zur transportsicheren Verpackung bieten wir individuelle Brandingmöglichkeiten an. Dazu gehört beispielsweise die Nutzung des individuellen Paketbandes, von selbst gewählten Stickern, Flyern oder Seidenpapier. Diese Materialien werden vom Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt und werden vor dem ersten Auftrag individuell abgeklärt. Für diesen Service fällt eine Brandinggebühr je Paket an.

Flexible shipping with trusted shipping service providers
We ship parcels worldwide, working with various logistics partners to offer you the smartest price for every shipment. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your shipment, we will select the most suitable shipping option for you.
If your online shop (e.g. Shopify) is integrated with our software, the data will be automatically transferred back to your web shop during shipping to inform the buyer about the shipment and to enable shipment tracking.
